FAQ

  1. What if I give 3 referrals in one month and they all turn into business for the same month?
    You will receive 3 gifts which are applicable for the particular month. Most of the gifts will be valid for at least 6 months. Please see our terms and conditions

  2. How can I be sure that you will contact me if the business does go through?
    As a valued client of ours, we will be in regular contact with you. We will inform you after we have met with the client, and let you know if any business has taken place. Obviously we always respect our clients’ privacy and confidentiality at all times and would be unable to disclose any information regarding the nature of the business placed through Prosperity. We aim to have 100% of our business from referrals and it is in our best interest to ‘reward’ our clients.

  3. What do you classify as ‘business’ to qualify for the reward?
    Business can range from any form of savings and lump sum investment. Unfortunately, opening a Bank Account or completing Health Insurance does not qualify for a reward. Please see our website for full terms and conditions of the referral club.

  4. How long does this offer last?
    We hope to run this programme on a permanent basis; however we will review it regularly and reserve the right to withdraw or amend the terms without notice. Please check our website for current offers.

  5. How will I know what the rewards are each month?
    At the beginning of each month, our website will publish the ‘reward of the month’.

  6. What if I am an overseas client? Do I still qualify for the reward?
    Details of this are all published on our website terms and conditions.

  7. Can I exchange the reward for cash?
    Unfortunately no, there is no cash value attached to these rewards.
